Ayman Hosny, M.D.

Dr Hosny is a Cardiovascular surgeon. He has five Board certifications and is an Assistant Professor of medicine at the University of California, Davis. He received his medical degree from Cairo University and completed his graduate training at Bridgeport Hospital, a Yale University program. He is affiliated with the John Muir Medical Center- Concord Campus, with ValleyCare Medical Center, and with San Ramon Regional Medical Center.

 

David Robert Johnson, M.D.

Dr. Rob Johnson is a Dilpomat of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of nine medical associations. He is a Fellow of numerous medical associations. He has held many academic posts in medicine. His M.D degree was earned at Loma Linda University Medical School. He has owned and operated an Orthopedic practice in Corona, California since 1972 and has received numerous prestigious honors.

 

Alexandra Khoury

Is an attorney in Riverside county. She graduated from Chapman University.

 

Sarkis Joseph Khoury, Ph.D.

Dr Khoury was a Professor of Finance and International Finance at UC-Riverside for 27 years. He has served as a consultant on numerous consulting projects, some for leading companies in the world. He is the author of 24 books and numerous research articles, some published in the leading journals in finance and international business. He has lectured all over the world and has been the recipient of numerous honors. He holds a Ph.D. in international finance from the Wharton School of Business, The University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Boston University. Dr Khoury's expertise lies in intrapreneurship, valuation, international finance and Mergers and acquisitions.

 

Clas Wihlborg, Ph.D.

Fletcher Jones Chair in International Business. Ph.D., Princeton University. Dr. Wilborg has held faculty position in Finance and International Business at New York University, and in Finance and Business Economics at the University of Southern California, At Goteborg University in Sweden he was Head of the Financial Economics program before moving in 2000 to the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in Denmark, where he was the professor of Finance and Director for the Center for Law, Economics and Financial Institutions (LEFIC). He is a member of the European Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee and the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) . His research and teaching have focused on International Finance, International Finance Management, Law and Economics, and Financial Institutions. In these areas he has published numerous articles and books, most recently as coauthor of Corporate Performance and the Exposure to Macroeconomics Fluctuations.
